• Sara received her 5 years training in Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture in Portugal (ESMTC, Lisbon) based on a study program in partnership with Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine, the oldest and first rank in Traditional Chinese Medicine University in China, as well one of the World Health Organization (WHO) Collaborative Centers on Traditional Medicine. It was therefore, an enriching experience to complete her hospital internship there.

• The last 3 years, Sara chose to switch the firm land for the adventure of exploring the world through sea, working as an Acupuncturist on Cruise ships, where was recognized several times by the services delivered to her patients as a reflex of the knowledge and experience gained from over 10 years but also for her kind and serene nature.

• Nevertheless, she believes in progress and in an integrated approach of healthcare, reason why she decided to move to Prague to initiate her studies in General Medicine at Charles University.
